In a search to replace the Lithium battery, I am taking another look at hydrogen fuel.
I posted about this video before. My concerns were:
12:44: “has been delivered and stored in special storage tanks at minus 253 degrees (Celsius). It becomes gaseous at higher temperatures.” Green hydrogen has a low efficiency about manufacturing and transportation.
Right now the use of ‘green hydrogen’ is relies on wind and solar energies for production. Could this work in the future? I am not sure how the step of cooling down hydrogen, going against entropy, could be completely green.
There are no easy answers. A combination of power trains seems likely, but …
