I live in Gwangju, on the 11th floor of an apartment complex. Our apartment is one of many. There is a daily battle on the road. There are parking problems. But, here in South Korea, the population curve has reversed. Koreans are very concerned about this population decline. In my opinion, it is a good thing, a natural reaction.
