No Free Revolutionary Energy

Back in the ’90s when I first came to Korea, I saw my first intentional open fires. These were the result of the massive amount of energy needed to prepare and farm the lands. It would be better if we found a better way than to keep burning down the excess of our toils.

And in the background a farmer cries out, “What about me?” He has the job of carrying out the labor-intensive task. And even with industrially produced technologies, there are economical forces he must deal with. With globalization, these forces are harder to bear.

So, I was happy to see this hopeful video about ‘real money being put on the table’. Let’s see what results come from Glasgow.
