Cramping

Eat a lot of salty gimchi. That was the prescription I got from my urine test. The extra salt will reduce cramping, and the gimchi will revitalize my gut biome.
Our group has adjusted by having me ride the electronically assisted tricycle. I will need a lot of assistance in carrying all the supplies. That is what it is there for.
My digestive problems were a good excuse to stop at a restaurant for more kimchi jjiggae stew. It was a rather rainy ride today, so the meal was good in four ways:
It helped with the cold.
It was delicious after exercise.
It was helpful for my gut biome.
It will help prevent the worst of terrible cramping.
At the 200 km mark, we set up camp.
There are times when you want to rest. But it is best to keep going the next day.
As we pass by the Corcovado Volcano and the beautiful lakes at its base, we receive from those wonders plenty of incentive to do that.
