On the bike path, Hyung’s goggles detected movement on the side. That caught Hyung’s attention and the attention of AI. As the deer darted onto the bike path, AI commenced advanced braking technology. Hyung and the deer crashed into each other, but neither was badly hurt.
We did have to call in a drone to repair Hyung’s tricycle. The deer seemed okay and scampered off.
This technology is vital. Even with a fairing acting like an airbag, the center of gravity of a larger animal, like an elk or a moose, is too high. There would be more severe accidents without advanced braking technology.
