Lunch Service

We prepared a lunch service for a group of retired educators. These guys do not eat much, so the difficult part is choosing what to prepare. Mac had already prepared a beef stock. So, we used that for a black bean chili and some udon soup.
The lunch was well received. And we appreciate the voice of elders. The sound of confidence resides in their souls and gives us the belief that humankind will prevail.
The next day, the hyperloop was busy with meat cars. So we went through the Thunder Bay City Gates for a day trip to Kakabeka Falls. Magnifique! But we won’t stay here for long. Wildlands beckon us further.
