Volunteering at OMSI

Water is life. That is one of the constants that we observed on this trip. Rains and storms, ice, phytoplankton, sea life, lakes, beaches, river gorges, all of life happens with water. So it seems appropriate that the most popular learning area in OMSI is water.
Perhaps the kids (and helpers) just like to play in the water. But that’s what it’s all about. So we all got drenched. Some of the kids’ pants were saggy. What did we learn from this day that we didn’t already know? Not to be so serious about the intended finish line. See life as a process or an experience, or even a game.

  1. I was curious if you ever thought of changing the structure of your website?

Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.

But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two pictures.
Maybe you could space it out better?

  2. I really like your blog.. very nice colors & theme. Did you make this website yourself or did you hire someone to do it for you? Plz answer back as I’m looking to create my own blog and would like to know where u got this from. thank you
